Refund Policy

At Abstractleo Technologies, we value client satisfaction. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our software development services and SaaS subscriptions.

1. Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service initiation or delivery. For SaaS products, this applies to the first billing cycle only unless otherwise specified.

2. Valid Refund Scenarios

We may issue refunds if:

  • The delivered product significantly deviates from the agreed scope
  • We fail to meet agreed timelines without valid cause
  • Technical issues prevent access to paid SaaS features and are not resolved within a reasonable time

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The service was completed as agreed
  • You change your mind after project initiation or subscription purchase
  • Issues arise from third-party tools or client-side infrastructure

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email admin@abstractleo.com with details of your project or subscription and reason for the request. We will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation will prevent the next billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period unless otherwise agreed.
